THE COURT ROOM
. |
We always walk into the court room. Accused for something we did or for people perception of thinking something we did.
Have you ever been Judged? Hell..! YES.
(I'm not taking NO as an answer)
Everyone at some point have been judged by someone in their life. Starting from your Parents, Relatives, Friends, colleagues, people who know you and People who know Nothing about you. Judging doesn't always have to be others perspective towards you sometimes we even judge ourself which really is toxic to your mental health.
Why do we judge?
Judgement is an opinion or decision based on thoughts, feelings and evidence. But it becomes a problem when we make unnecessary, hurtful or unfair judgements.
Science studies says people judge your character within 0.1 second. That is a very small amount of time to conclude years of someone's life.
We judge because,
1. We think we are perfect.
2. Brings up a good gossip session.
3. Probably they judge themselves harshly.
4. We cannot take NO as an answer.
Here are the rules to deal with post judging:
1. Just ignore
2. Take criticism positively and build yourself.
3. Say thankyou and move on.
4. Don't try defending it's pure waste of time.
Last but not the least we have all walked into the court room. Being accused and defamed of something or the other. You know that pain. So until and unless anyone asks you to judge them for their own good or analysis, never do it people out of your own will. Let's try and hurt people less. Stand up for each other . That is how we grow!
